User Management:

The User Management helps to add new user(s), assign rights / privileges and to delete existing user(s) from the application.

To add new user:

- Type the user name in the text box provided and click on the Add User button. The user is added automatically.

- Select the new user name from the Select User drop down list to define the user's parameters.

Edit / Delete User Screen:

To assign rights and privileges to user(s); do the following:

1. Click on the All check box beside the Grant all Rights option to assign all rights / privileges to the current user.

Or

- Click on the All check box for each sub- row under the Grant all Rights to selectively assign rights / privileges to the current user.

Or

- Click on the individual check box options to grant specific rights / privileges to the current user.

2. Click on the Update… button to apply the selected rights / privileges to the current user's profile.

N/B: You can also transfer the rights / privileges of a particular user to another by:

- Selecting a user name from the Copy all Rights for… drop down box.

- Choose the user name you wish to transfer to from the Select User drop down box.

- Click on the Click to Copy button to complete the process.
