OT Days/Dates:

Select OT DAYS below:

- Click the check box to mark the specific day(s) as Overtime; otherwise, click a marked box to uncheck. By default Saturday and Sunday are marked as Overtime.

Enter OT DATES Below:

- Type a specific date (e.g. a public holiday) into any of the boxes shown to mark that day as overtime.

- Click the check box to mark proxy for all employees for the specified date(s) or unchecked the box to remove proxy for the days.

- Flag: Click on the drop-down list box to select the colour code for the flag day(s). The default colour code is Black and also appears below in the drop-down list.

N/B: Pre-defined colour codes for the flags are displayed at the bottom right-hand column of the screen. To define the displayed text colour, goto Settings menu > Global > enter your desired text & colour description on the - Text to be displayed on Colour Flag Reports scroll box, and click on the save changes button when done.

When done, click on the Search Record button to display the record(s) on screen.
