Exit Terminal Error: This Report displays the Employees who have clocked at the Department Terminal but NOT on the EXIT Terminal. This Report is valid ONLY for Sites using the Exit Terminal Scenario. This Report is useful if Non-Clocking of Employees at the Exit Terminals is set to YES from Global Settings. - Date From (DD/MM/YYYY) -Click and type the beginning date for the search record in the specified format (i.e DD = Day/MM= Month,/YYYY = Year - e.g. 01/01/2008). - Date TO(DD/MM/YYYY) -click and type the ending date for the search record in the text box in the specified format( I.E DD= Day/MM= Month/YYYY = Year e.g 01/03/2009) - When done click the search button to display the (records ) on the screen -N/B The total number of records that meets the search condition is displayed at the bottom of the search Record button. Outcome/Result: - The five columns display the details of the Employee Other features are: - Click on print report button to print hard copyof the displayed record(s) - Click on the Excel button to export the record(s) as a report sheet to Microsoft Excel format.
