Shift Rotation Log: This displays a Log of Shift Rotation Processed on the System Date From (DD/MM/YYYY) -Click and type the beginning date for the search record in the specified format (i.e DD = Day/MM= Month,/YYYY = Year - e.g. 03/03/2008). Date TO(DD/MM/YYYY) -Click and type the ending date for the search record in the text box in the specified format( I.E DD= Day/MM= Month/YYYY = Year e.g 01/23/2009) -When done click the search button to display the (records ) on the screen N/B: The total number of records that meets the search conditions is displayed at the bottom of the Search Record button.
