Process Log: This report Displays the Date and the Time of Run of various System Processes. Date From (DD/MM/YYYY) - Click and type the beginning date for the search record into the text box in the specified format (i.e. DD= Day/ MM= Month/ YYYY= Year - e.g. 01/02/2009). Date To (DD/MM/YYYY) - Click and type the ending date for the search record into the text box in the specified format (i.e. DD= Day/ MM= Month/ YYYY= Year - e.g. 05/02/2009). When done, click on the Search Record button to display the record(s) on screen. N/B: The total number of records that meets the search conditions is displayed at the bottom of the Search Record button. -Outcome/Result: - Process Date: The specified date or the date a process was done - Process Time: The time a process was done - Process Type: The detail of the process Other features are: - Click on the Print Report button to print hard copy of the displayed record(s). - Click on the Excel button to export the record(s) as a report sheet to Microsoft Excel format.
